The approach presented here relates to a method for determining at least one most probable path (110) for a vehicle (100). The method comprises at least one step of reading in and a step of calculating. In the read-in step, at least one lane signal is read in which comprises at least one lane parameter of at least one lane (120) of a road (125) on which the vehicle (100) is arranged, in order to allow vehicle-specific location of the vehicle (100). In the step of calculating, at least the most probable route (110) is calculated using the lane signal.
