Thermally insulating coating composition based on water, which comprises: (a) 30% to 60% of a graft copolymer emulsion, wherein the emulsion at least one graft copolymer consisting of a hard segment monomer, a soft segment monomer, a first amplifying monomer and a second reinforcing monomer; (b) 15% to 30% of a dye; (c) 5% to 25% of at least one reinforcing additive; and (d) water, so much as necessary in order to fill up to 100%.
