An automatic sample preparation before the direction for metallographic studies, characterized in that the latter is provided with a first material container (1), a second material container (2), a mixing container (3) and a sample magazine (4), wherein the first material container is located upstream from the mixing container is provided, wherein the second material container is located upstream from the mixing container is provided, wherein the mixing container is located upstream from the sample magazine is provided; wherein the mixing container agitator blades, a first material input opening (32), a second material input opening (33) and a plurality of material outlets (34), wherein the agitator blades are arranged inside the mixing container, wherein the first material input opening and the second material input opening in the upper region of the mixing container are provided, wherein all of the material outlet ports in the lower region of the mixing container are provided, wherein the agitator blades with a stirrer motor (5) are connected, wherein the first material input opening via a first conduit (321) is connected with the first material, wherein the second material input opening via a second conduit (331) is connected with the second material container, wherein all of the material outlets are provided in each case with a dispensing mechanism, wherein a respective dispensing mechanism bands (35), gear wheels (36) and an output of the engine, whereby the bands are connected with the gear wheels, wherein the gear wheels are connected with the output motor, wherein the gear wheels from the output motor are driven in rotation, as a result of which the belts are driven, for sliding, the output bands in the direction of the samples magazine run, the angle (α) between the output of belts and the side wall of the mixing container are provided, whereby the angles are obtuse angle to the invention, wherein the sample magazine (4) is a ring frame, wherein the shuffling container into the center of the ring frame is located, wherein a plurality of sample cells (41) are distributed uniformly over the ring frame are arranged, wherein the sample cells and the material outlets one to one of the mixing container are matched to one another, wherein the dispensing mechanisms to the sample cells is guided; wherein in the case of the sample preparation, a metal block (16) in the sample cell is used, wherein the height of the metal block is lower than the depth of the sample cell; wherein at the opening of one of the sample cells of the sample magazine an infrared sensor (6) is provided; wherein all material outlets in each case with a first solenoid valve (7) are provided; wherein the mixing vessel for measuring the stirring times with a first timer (8) is provided; wherein the sample magazine with a for measuring the samples used for preparing time second timer (9) is provided; wherein a control system (10) is provided, wherein the stirrer motor (5), all of the first solenoid valves (7), the infrared sensor (6), the first timer (8) and the second timer (9) in each case are connected electrically with the control system.
