摘要

An insulation structure of an electromagnetic coil comprises a wrapping housing (1), an inner framework (2), a coil winding (3), and a potting insulation layer (4). The coil winding (3) is wound on the inner framework (2). One end of the wrapping housing (1) is connected to the outer edge of one end portion of the inner framework (2). The potting insulation layer (4) is disposed between the coil winding (3) and the wrapping housing (1). The wrapping housing (1) is made of metal. A gap (101), penetrating through the upper end and the lower end of the wrapping housing (1), is formed in the wrapping housing (1). The gap is connected and fixed by an insulation connection clamping strip (102). The inner framework (2) is made of metal. A gap (201), penetrating through the upper end and the lower end of the inner framework (2), is formed in the inner framework (2). The insulation structure of an electromagnetic coil also comprises an insulation strip (202) embedded into the gap. By using the insulation structure, the high-temperature resistance performance, the service life and the whole strength of the electromagnetic coil are greatly increased; if the electromagnetic coil with the insulation structure is applied to a control rod driving mechanism for a reactor, an auxiliary cooling apparatus commonly needed by the control rod driving mechanism can be eliminated, so as to simplify the structure of the reactor.
