The invention relates to a laundry drying device (1) which is provided with a bottom assembly and a heat pump driving device (103). The heat pump driving device (103) is connected to a plurality of elastic sleeve tubes (104). The elastic sleeve tubes (104) are fixed onto the bottom assembly through a bolt pin (33) which passes through each elastic sleeve tube. The elastic sleeve tubes (104) are directly mounted on the bottom assembly (2). In addition, the bolt pins are screw bolts (3). The screw bolt has a front section (4) provided with first external threads (4a) and a rear section (9) provided with second external thread (9a). The front section (4) is screwed into the fixing zone (5), while the sleeve tubes (104) are fixed by means of the rear section (9). The laundry drying device can be applied to a clothes dryer and a laundry/clothes drying machine, which employ a compressor as a driving device.
