PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a departure point/destination extraction device that can extract each parking location as the same departure point or destination even when parked at a different parking location relative to the same departure point and destination, or regarded to be parked at the different parking location due to a detection error of a vehicle location or the like by a GPS upon extracting at least one of a destination point of a vehicle and a destination thereof on the basis of a drive history of the vehicle, or the like.;SOLUTION: A departure point/destination extraction device comprises: a drive history accumulation unit that stores a drive history of a vehicle including a parking location of the vehicle; and a spot extraction unit that extracts at least one of a departure point of the vehicle and a destination thereof on the basis of the parking location stored in the drive history accumulation unit, in which the spot extraction unit is configured to extract both of the parking locations in which a distance between the parking locations is equal to or less than a prescribed first threshold of each parking location stored in the drive history accumulation unit as a set of candidate points, and extract an area configured so as to include linking candidate points as a whole when linking each of the sets thereof of each candidate point as at least one of the departure point and the destination.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
