The present embodiments provide a sample separation device which can concentrate a target substance in a predetermined area by applying an electric field to a selective ion permeation layer on the basis of paper folding and can concentrate a target substance in a desired position and separate a non-target substance through a filtration layer having the size of micropores controlled by compressing paper.
