To provide a point of sales data processing system, point of sales data processing device and program that contribute to efficient registration settlement processing.SOLUTION: A point of sales data processing system, which has: a first point of sales data processing device that includes at least registration means registering a product, and settlement means conducting settlement of the product; and a second point of sales data processing device that includes settlement means conducting settlement of the product on the basis of at least registration information on the product registered by the registration means, comprises: movement means that causes registration relevant information on the registration information to move from the second point of sales data processing device to the first point of sales data processing device; and settlement control means that, when the first point of sales data processing device is in a state capable of settling, cause the settlement means of the first point of sales data processing device to implement the settlement in accordance with the registration relevant information caused to be moved from the second point of sales data processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
