To provide a piezoelectric fiber structure with excellent antibacterial properties, a piezoelectric fabric, a piezoelectric knitted fabric, a piezoelectric device, a force sensor, an actuator, and a method of manufacturing the piezoelectric fiber structure.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric fiber structure includes: a piezoelectric fiber (A) containing a helical chiral polymer (A) having optical activity; and a piezoelectric fiber (B), containing a helical chiral polymer (B), having chirality different from that of the helical chiral polymer (A), having optical activity. The piezoelectric fiber (A) and the piezoelectric fiber (B) are wound around the piezoelectric fiber structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
