To provide a system for estimating activity of intracerebral network, which can estimate various activities of the intracerebral network at relatively high speed using a brain wave signal.SOLUTION: The system for estimating activity of intracerebral network comprises: means acquiring brain wave measurement data and measurement data of functional magnetic resonance imaging simultaneously measured from a subject; means constructing a feature estimation model using the brain wave measurement data as input data, and determining a parameter for prescribing the feature estimation model; means calculating a feature quantity every module, based on each modular output value calculated when the brain wave measurement data is given as the input data; means calculating an image feature quantity every intracerebral network, based on the measurement data of the functional magnetic resonance imaging; and means determining one or a plurality of modules for expressing the specific activity of the intracerebral network among the plurality of modules, by evaluating the correlation between the feature quantity every module and the image feature quantity every intracerebral network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
