PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-out detection device capable of highly accurately detecting step-out of a motor, a duct type air conditioner with the same, a step-out detection method and a step-out detection program.;SOLUTION: A step-out detection device applied to a duct-type air conditioner, comprises: an acquisition part acquiring DC voltage supplied to a motor 24 and an estimated power consumed at the motor 24; a power determination part for determining whether or not a difference between the estimated power of the motor 24 and a control power that is a consumed power of the motor 24 when the motor is rotated at a target rotation number is more than a preset power threshold value; a duty determination part for determining whether or not a duty ratio of a PWN signal is larger than a duty threshold value; a voltage determination part for determining whether or not DC voltage of the motor 24 is less than a predetermined voltage threshold value; and a step-out determination part for determining that step-out is generated at the motor 24 when all the determination results at the power determination part, the duty determination part and the voltage determination part are affirmative determination.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
