To provide a facial esthetic providing system and a facial esthetic providing method capable of providing a service related to facial esthetic with high satisfaction level to customers inside and outside of a shop and consumers.SOLUTION: A facial esthetic providing system 1 comprises a shop side terminal 20 and a host device 10 installed on a shop 200 providing facial esthetic. The host device 10 comprises: an information acquisition part P1 for acquiring object part information including at least one of an image and a moving image of an upper portion of an upper arm from at least one of an external terminal 30 and the shop side terminal 20 of the shop 200; a diagnosis information generation part P2 for generating diagnosis information including a counseling result based on the object part information; and a transmission part P5 for transmitting the diagnosis information to the external terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
