To provide a highly realistic and secure investment experience.SOLUTION: When a point management system having a first DB for managing the point balance which a user keeps and a point investment system which can perform communication keeps a second DB for managing the points of the point balance that the user has specified for investment experience, and the points coupled to the price of the financial product and managed by the second DB is made to be increased or decreased by the user who specifies the points for investment experience, the specified points are added to the points managed by the second DB, and when a demand of cancellation processing is accepted to subtract the remaining points from the point balance managed by the first DB to return the remaining points in the balance that the user specified for investment experience, the remaining points are added to the total points of the point balance managed by the first DB if the total points specified by the user is larger than the remaining points.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
