To provide an opening and closing mechanism of an opening and closing body capable of biasing a cover member according to the opening degree.SOLUTION: In an opening/closing mechanism of an opening/closing member in which a cover member 15 that opens and closes around the axis of a third shaft 33 is disposed in a base portion 23 and the cover member 15 is biased in a direction to be opened by the biasing force of a spring member 21, a spring support portion 35 for supporting a spring base 41b of a spring member 21 at a distance from the third shaft 33 is provided on one of the base portion 23 and the cover member 15, and a spring receiving portion 37 with which a spring extending portion 41a extended from a spring base portion 41b of the spring member 21 is brought into contact is provided on the other, and as the cover member 15 opens, a distance from the spring base 41b of the spring member 21 to the contact position with the spring receiving portion 37 of the spring extension portion 41a increases and the biasing force decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
