PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon for lifting ores of marine resources which can be eliminate the extension of a pipe for lifting ores of the marine resources connecting from the water surface to the sea bottom, a system for lifting ores of marine resources with the balloon, and a method for lifting ores of marine resources by using the system.;SOLUTION: A balloon 1 for lifting ores of marine resources is sunk into a seabed D so as to store a mixture Ma of an emulsion Em obtained by adsorbing and coupling rare earth mud Dr. The balloon includes: a balloon body 10 which stores the mixture Ma therein in the sea and has a hose connecting port 11 at a lower portion and a coupler 12 at an upper portion; a weight 13 which is attached to the lower portion of the balloon body 10; and a buoyancy body 14 which is attached to the upper portion of the balloon body 10. After the mixture Ma is stored in the balloon body 10 in the sea, the weight 13 is cut off from the balloon body 10, so that the balloon body 10 floats up to a water surface by means of specific gravity difference between the mixture Ma and the seawater.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
