To provide a method that ensures a wearing state to a cable body of a tissue substitute artificial fiber cloth, and can maintain quality provided to the tissue substitute artificial fiber cloth, and thereby facilitates wearing work of the tissue substitute artificial fiber cloth and also is superior in productivity.SOLUTION: A method has: a tissue substitute artificial fiber cloth covering step S1 of covering the tissue substitute artificial fiber cloth (fabric) on a cable body; a solvent impregnation step S2 of impregnating a volatile solvent in the fabric having a solubility parameter being close to the solubility parameter of the cable body more than the solubility parameter of the fabric; a dissolution part forming step S3 of dissolving an outer circumferential surface of the cable body to thereby form a dissolution part, and bringing the fiber positioned at the side of the outer circumferential surface of the cable body among fibers for forming fabric into a state of being soaked in the dissolution part; and a bonding step S4 of volatilizing a solvent, and curing the dissolution part to thereby bring the fiber positioned at the side of the outer circumferential surface of the cable body into a state of being impregnated into the dissolution part being in the cured state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
