To provide a radar target searching device and a radar target searching system with which it is possible to search for a target whose radar cross sectional area is small with high accuracy without the need for raising radar transmit power.SOLUTION: The radar target searching device comprises: a radar video acquisition unit 41 for acquiring the data of radar videos from a plurality of radar transmitting/receiving devices R; an extension shadow detection unit 42 for detecting an extension shadow in the radial direction of each radar transmitting/receiving device R within each radar video integrated paying attention to the physical relationship of the plurality of radar transmitting/receiving devices R or within each radar video as acquired by the radar video acquisition unit 41; and a target position detection unit 43 for detecting, as a target position, an intersection position and a radial tip position with regard to the extension shadow in the radial direction of each radar transmitting/receiving device R within each radar video integrated paying attention to the physical relationship of the plurality of radar transmitting/receiving devices R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
