PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of preventing deterioration of communication quality when a mobile station moves between base stations, and an inter-base synchronization control method in the mobile communication system.;SOLUTION: A mobile communication system according to the present invention includes a plurality of base stations 1 connected in a line via a leaky coaxial cable 4, a terminal unit 2 that is connected between adjacent base stations 1 via the leaky coaxial cable 4 and detects a synchronization state between the adjacent base stations 1, a synchronization control device 3 that performs phase synchronization control to synchronize communication of the base station 1 on the downstream side with respect to the base station 1 on the upstream side from among the adjacent base stations 1 on the basis of the synchronization state in which the terminal unit 2 has been detected, and a system monitoring control device 7 that is connected to each of the base stations 1 through a supervisory control line 8, monitors whether each of the base stations 1 is broken, and controls the base station 1 immediately downstream of the broken base station 1 on the basis of the monitoring result.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
