PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program, a server apparatus, a guidance apparatus, a guidance method, a terminal apparatus of an instructor, and a terminal apparatus of a person to be instructed.;SOLUTION: A guidance system according to the present invention has: a terminal apparatus of an instructor which is used by an instructor; a terminal apparatus of a person to be instructed which is used by a person to be instructed; and a server apparatus which has a relay processing unit for relaying transmission and reception of messages between the terminal apparatus of the instructor and the terminal apparatus of the person to be instructed, a storage unit for storing messages relayed by the relay processing unit, an acquisition processing unit for acquiring information of a person to be instructed including biometric information of the person to be instructed through the terminal apparatus of the person to be instructed, and an auxiliary message transmission processing unit for transmitting auxiliary messages to the terminal apparatus of the instructor or the terminal apparatus of the person to be instructed on the basis of the information of the person to be instructed acquired by the acquisition processing unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
