To provide: a roasted grain tea beverage that has an enhanced flavor derived from tea leaves while producing a flavor derived from roasted grain; a method for producing roasted grain tea beverage; and a method for improving flavor of roasted grain tea beverage.SOLUTION: The roasted grain tea beverage according to the present invention contains a first component group consisting of geraniol, methyl salicylate, limonene, linalool oxide and cis-jasmon, and a second component group consisting of 2-methyl pyrazine, 2-ethyl pyrazine, 2-ethyl-6-methyl pyrazine, 2,6-dimethyl pyrazine, 2,6-dimethyl pyridin-4-amine, 2,5-dimethyl pyrazine, 2,3-dimethyl pyrazine, 3-ethyl-2,5-dimethyl pyrazine and 2-vinyl pyrazine, and in which the ratio of the total content of the first component group to the total content of the second component group is 2.0 to 4.0%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
