PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for avoiding a financial crisis to put pressure on the national finance, which is originated from an increase in the cost of social security due to an increase in the cost of health care.;SOLUTION: The method of the present invention calculates an average number of years of use of elderly care facilities by elderly people per person under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare under different conditions, statistically clarifies what kind of medical treatment should be provided, and avoids a financial crisis by implementing the medical treatment on the statistical basis, thereby leading to fiscal reconstruction and fiscal balance.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
