To provide a novel masking agent for heat degradation odor of fruit juice-containing products.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat degradation odor masking agent for fruit juice-containing products containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the following groups a to c: (Group a) levulinic acid, linalool oxide, 2-acetylpyrrole, cinnamic acid, and γ-butyrolactone, (Group b) benzyl benzoate, benzyl lactate, geranic acid, isophorone, cyclotenbutyrate, lauric acid, 3-methyl-1-butanol, menthol, and linalool, (Group c) heliotropin, ethyl pyruvate, ethyl acetoacetate, and benzyl benzoate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
