To select information useful for a predetermined purpose of use.SOLUTION: A selection apparatus includes: a receiving unit which receives a purpose of using information registered by multiple information-registering people; an estimation unit which generates combinations of the information-registering people, and estimates effects in the purpose of using the information registered by the information-registering people included in the combinations, for each of the combinations; and a selection unit which selects information to be used in the purpose of use on the basis of the effects estimated by the estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
