To provide a cooking preparation tool for solving problems in which a shrimp forms a circle in a ventral side after cooking when the shrimp is cooked at high temperature, and therefore the work to put multiple cut lines in the body of the shrimp is necessary before the cooking in order to avoid it, and whereby unnecessary time is spent.SOLUTION: A cooking preparation tool of the present invention is provided for shortening and facilitating the work to put multiple cut lines therein. The cooking preparation tool is provided with multiple blades in the bottom of a main body recess and a vertical blade in the lever used to press down from the top. A shrimp being laid on a bottom blade of the main body is pressed down every vertical blade, and thereby horizontal cut lines can be put in the ventral side of the shrimp and vertical cut lines can be put in the back side in one operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
