To provide a health promotion tool capable of applying efficient stimulation with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A health promotion tool 1 comprises: a breast part 11 which contacts a breast of a user; a back contact part 12 which contacts a back part of the user; and a pair of shoulder girdle parts 21, 22 each of which is suspended on each of a right shoulder part and a left shoulder part of the user, and both end parts of each of which are connected to the breast part 11 and back contact part 12. When the breast part 11 and back contact part 12 are pulled downward by their self weights, the breast part 11 applies stimulation to the breast part, the back contact part 12 applies stimulation to the back part, and the shoulder girdle parts 21, 22 apply stimulation to the shoulder part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
