The development equipment obtains verification results being sent back by the serial number or the check value, and determines whether or not the verification results are the verification results of the acceptance. Accordingly, the verifications are accepted. In that, even if a test value generated in the same serial number is a fixed value and the consumable material chip corresponding to this serial number is used for several times, this consumable material chip can be verified and accepted in the development equipment all the time.
