To create a high quality machining command without depending on a user's individual knowledge.SOLUTION: The machining technology management system that manages machining technology information based on a machining shape, a machining command, and machining execution information in an integrated system in which CAD, CAM, and CNC machine tool are connected to a shared database, includes: a processing state recording unit that registers the machining execution information in the shared database by associating request information indicating a request required for the machining and state information indicating the machining execution state when the CNC machine tool executes the machining; and a processing information managing unit that makes the machining execution information obtained by comparing a plurality of pieces of the machining execution information to which at least a part of the request information matches, and by determining that a request in the request information is more satisfied than other machining execution information based on the comparison result, to be a candidate of the machining technology information used for creating the machining command in the CAM.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
