PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional form quantification analysis method of a pearlite structure which can quantitatively analyze a three-dimensional form of cementite and ferrite extending in the depth direction by a simple method where a test piece is nondestructive.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional form quantification analysis method of a pearlite structure extending in the depth direction in a steel material with a pearlite structure constituting a lamella form by a cementite layer and a ferrite layer is given in which: a surface of a test piece collected from the steal material is polished to be an inspection polished surface; inclination information about how much crystal plane of the cementite layer: (010) surface or (031) surface inclines from the inspection polished surface at each point of the inspection polished surface by using EBSD method on the inspection polished surface; and curvature of the crystal plane of the cementite layer is obtained based on the inclination information of each point, thereby quantitatively obtaining three-dimensional form of the cementite layer and the ferrite layer extending in the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
