To provide a power self-sufficiency ratio trial calculation method capable of performing accurate trial calculation of a self-sufficiency ratio of power even for an unbuilt building.SOLUTION: A power self-sufficiency ratio trial calculation method comprises: inputting data of building specifications including output capacity of solar panels 1, heat insulation performance, presence/absence and capacity of power storage devices 2 of a plurality of existing houses H, regional data, resident structure data, and power consumption amount data and power generation amount data to a management server 5 and extracting data for trial calculation including the power consumption amount data and the power generation amount data of the plurality of houses H from the data of the management server 5 according to a location and a resident structure of a trial calculation target residence (S105); obtaining model data of a total power consumption amount, a total power generation amount, and a total purchased power amount of the trial calculation target residence based on input setting conditions of the trial calculation target residence and the data for the trial calculation (S109); and obtaining, as a power self-sufficiency ratio, a ratio of the power amount other than the total purchased power amount to the total power consumption amount of the model data (S110).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
