PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film form inorganic zinc-rich paint coating composition for suppressing rust proceeding in a depth direction of a surface of a steel structure or a steel-made piping or the like consisting of a normal steel material or a weather resistant steel material.SOLUTION: A thick film form inorganic zinc-rich paint coating composition contains (A) an alkyl silicate resin, (B) stannous sulfate, (C) zinc powder and (D) an extender pigment, wherein the content of the (B) stannous sulfate is 2.0 to 8.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the coating composition, the content of the (C) zinc powder is 2000 to 2500 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the (A) alkyl silicate resin solid content, the (D) extender pigment contains at least one pigment selected from a group consisting of calcium carbonate pigment, a sericite pigment, silicon dioxide pigment and hydrous magnesium silicate pigment, and a pigment volume concentration in a formed coated film is in a range of 75 to 80%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
