To provide an economical efficiency assessment system capable of accurately calculating economical effect resulting from introduction of an upgrade product, based on operational data.SOLUTION: An economical efficiency assessment system comprises: an operational data acquisition unit configured to acquire operational data of a plant; an actual performance calculation unit configured to calculate performance of the plant based on the operational data; an improved performance estimation unit configured to estimate performance of the plant in introducing a product for improving performance of the plant; and an assessment unit configured to calculate economical effect in introducing the product, based on the difference between the performance calculated by the actual performance calculation unit and the performance estimated by the improved performance estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
