To provide a method for measuring a fiber orientation degree, a fiber orientation degree measuring device, and a control program of the fiber orientation degree measuring device that can easily and accurately consider the orientation of fibers in a thickness direction.SOLUTION: The method for measuring a fiber orientation degree according to the present invention includes: a diffracted image acquisition step (step S1) for acquiring an X-ray diffracted image by irradiating a sample with an X-ray; a peak angle calculation unit (step S2) for calculating the angle (2θ)of the peak derived from a crystal surface of graphite of the X-ray diffracted image; a correction coefficient calculation unit (step S3) for calculating the correction coefficient δ of the thickness of the sample; an upper limit calculation unit (step S4) for calculating the upper peak (2θ)of the peak of the crystal surface of the graphite; a diffraction sensitivity calculation unit (step S6) for calculating the diffraction sensitivity I(φ) of the peak derived from the crystal surface of the graphite; and an orientation degree calculation step (step S7) for calculating the fiber orientation degree Sd(β) from the diffraction sensitivity I(φ).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
