To detect rhythm property from a signal which is varied in a complicated manner and determine presence of generation of a prescribed phenomenon.SOLUTION: A phenomenon generation determination system 100 comprises: an acquisition part 101 for acquiring a signal; a function calculation part 102 for calculating a correlation function on the basis of an analysis signal included in an analysis section which is a section of a prescribed period included in the signal and a comparison signal included in a comparison section which is overlapped to the analysis section at least partially in a time-variant manner; a pole identification part 103 for identifying a pole of a same code of the acquired correlation function; an interval calculation part 104 for calculating a period interval between adjacent poles in plural poles; a statistical processing part 105 for calculating a central value indicating a rhythm property by a statistical method using the interval; and a generation determination part 106 for determining that, a prescribed phenomenon is generated by comparing the central value with a prescribed threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
