PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate all articles, which are required to be located in a container, in a container.SOLUTION: A commodity arrangement device (40) comprises: an acquisition part (41) which acquires information concerning an arrangement state of commodities which are arranged in a container along a transportation direction of the container and information concerning the size and the number of non-arranged commodities which are planned to be next arranged in the container along the transportation direction; a simulation part (43) which simulates an arrangement method such that all of the non-arranged commodities can be stored in the container while changing an arrangement start position of the non-arranged commodities on the basis of information acquired by the acquisition part; and an indication part (45) which indicates a robot (51) to locate the non-arranged commodities in the container according to the arrangement method such that all of the non-arranged commodities can be stored in the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
