PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-of-head localization filter generation device for generating an out-of-head localization filter capable of performing proper processing even when an earphone is used, an out-of-head localization processing device and an out-of-head localization processing method.SOLUTION: An out-of-head localization filter generating device includes a measurement pipe 6 having a straight pipe portion, a microphone 1 provided to a straight pipe portion 6b in the measurement pipe 6, an earplug 2 for fixing the microphone 1 to the measurement pipe 6, an earphone 5 provided with an earpiece 5a to be fitted to the measurement pipe 6, a speaker 8, and a processor for generating an out-of-head localization filter based on a first sound pressure, a second sound pressure, a third sound pressure, and a fourth sound pressure. The sound pressure when the presence/absence of the earplug is switched and the speaker is driven is the first and second sound pressures, and the sound pressure when the earphone is driven is the third and fourth sound pressures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
