To enable a proper sentence example candidate to be presented and selected for broadcasting a current situation of train operations.SOLUTION: There are included: a text data processing unit for acquiring a broadcasting text data whose contents of audio broadcasting regarding a train operation are described by text data, for extracting a character string included in the broadcasting text data, and for classifying the character string to that having a similar concept by using dictionary data to generate processed broadcasting text data added with a classification index; and a broadcasting data distribution unit which has storage means for storing sentence example text data and audio data of a plurality of languages corresponding to a pre-generated broadcasting guide sentence and which extracts a sentence text data candidate of any language from the storage means on the basis of the classification index added to the processed broadcasting text data to transmit the same and can transmit sentence example text data of other language or sentence example text data and audio data corresponding to any of the sentence examples among the sentence example text data of the language in response to a request from the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
