To provide an event evaluation support system, an event evaluation support device and an event evaluation support program that allow improvement of accuracy in evaluating events that may occur in future on the basis of video data including images and sounds.SOLUTION: An event evaluation support system to support evaluation of events that may occur in future on the basis of video data including images and sounds comprises: acquisition means S110 to acquire the video data for the evaluation; a reference database that stores past video data acquired in advance, reference data used in evaluating the past video data, and 3 or more degrees of association between the past video data and the reference data; evaluation means S120 to refer to the reference database to acquire evaluation data including a first degree of association between the video data for the evaluation and the reference data; and output means S130 to generate an evaluation result on the basis of the evaluation data and to output the evaluation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
