To provide a support system that shortens a waiting time for a check-in procedure without increasing a check-in device.SOLUTION: In an accommodation procedure processing system 5, a register information management server 1 acquires necessary information, which is information that a user needs to fill in, in order to check in an accommodation facility, before the user checks in to the accommodation facility, and stores the information. Furthermore, an identification code identifying the stored necessary information is transmitted to a mobile computer 4A of the user.
