PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device which can improve acquisition signal accuracy which is liable to be deteriorated by an influence of a filter under a low-temperature environment.;SOLUTION: Each of electronic control devices 100, 200 controls an air-fuel ratio sensor 4 which is arranged in order to detect an air-fuel ratio in an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. An A-D conversion part 27 and a sampling value processing part 28 acquire a signal corresponding to impedance Zac of the air-fuel ratio sensor 4 in response to electric conduction to the air-fuel ratio sensor 4 through filters 43, 44, and switch a signal which is acquired by a switch 26 or a microcomputer 6 according to a result of a determination whether or not the air-fuel ratio sensor 4 is brought into a low-temperature environment.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
