PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing system, a control method thereof and a program capable of flexibly determining information shared in a conference by a participant of a web conference.;SOLUTION: A server 200 of an information processing system 1 causes an inviting user to specify whether or not to disclose predetermined individual information (e-mail address etc.) of a participating user of a meeting to other users participating in the same meeting. At time of participation of an invited user, when it is specified that predetermined personal information is disclosed, individual information of the invited user is transmitted to all users participating in the same meeting, or when it is not specified that it is disclosed, contents of the information to be disclosed is changed according to a relationship between the users, and the information is transmitted to other users.
