To provide a paper sheet bundle binding band that does not give causing an increase in waste because it can be reused and does not give causing a decrease in workability because it can bind with a single touch.SOLUTION: A bi-stable spring 10 which deforms mutually between an extended first stable attitude and a second stable attitude curled in a spiral spring shape is provided, a paper sheet bundle is bundled in a process of deforming into the second stable attitude by applying pressure by the paper sheet bundle locality of the face forming an inside during the second stable attitude when the bi-stable spring is in the first stable attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
