PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a user group with tendentious ideas from among users participating in a place to speak such as an electronic conference room or an SNS, etc.SOLUTION: A bias group extraction device comprises: a user comment extraction unit 11 for classifying, for each user, comment sentences posted by users into groups; a user feature extraction unit 12 for generating, for each user, user feature information representing the features of a user using a group of comment sentences; a user classification unit 13 for classifying users into groups on the basis of the user feature information of each user; a topic range evaluation unit 14 for evaluating the range of topics of conversion of each user group; and a bias group information output unit 16 for outputting bias group information that pertains to a user group whose range of topics of conversion is evaluated to be narrow among the ranges of topics of conversion of user groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
