To provide a tactile force sense sensor capable of detecting not only pressing force but shear stress or slide friction; a method for manufacturing the tactile force sense; and a detection method using the tactile force sense.SOLUTION: A tactile force sense sensor 100a includes a first sheet 1 having at least one of flexibility and elasticity and a second sheet 2 arranged on the first sheet 1 and having at least one of the flexibility and elasticity. The second sheet 2 has a plurality of projections 3 on a surface on the side opposite to a surface facing the first sheet 1; at least one of second electrode patterns 5a and 5b are arranged on the inner surfaces of the plurality of projections 3; the second sheet 2 and the first sheet 1 are fixed; and a sealed space 4 is included between the inner surface of the projection 3 and the first sheet 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
