To provide a board assembly capable of more stably mounting a second board with respect to a first board.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a board assembly including a first board, a second board smaller than the first board; and a lead frame for boards which has a lead and a clip formed at one end of the lead and which connects the first board and the second board.
