PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power information management device, a power information management method and a power information management program capable of presenting a more suitable electricity rate schedule.SOLUTION: A power information management device comprises an extraction unit for extracting one or a plurality of similar users having attribute similar to attribute of an object user from among a plurality of users, a result acquisition unit for acquiring result information showing the result of change of an electricity rate schedule by the similar user extracted by the extraction unit, and a presentation information creation unit for creating presentation information which is information to be presented to the object user about an electricity rate schedule on the basis of the result information acquired by the result acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
