PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blend designing method for high-standard liquidity improved soil, in which an aggregate is granulated by adding an inorganic polymer to a return concrete in a fresh state so as to make mortar adhere to an aggregate.SOLUTION: Sludge corresponding to at most 25% of a volume of a return concrete is added to the return concrete; an inorganic polymer additive (ReCon-Zero) in a reference quantity is fed to the mixture and kneaded to granulate an IWA aggregate. Quality characteristics of an IWA fine aggregate and an IWA coarse aggregate which are occupied in the IWA aggregate, and a mixture ratio of the above aggregates are calculated. A water-cement ratio (W/C) is determined by using a relationship of 'concrete strength and a cement-water ratio' in the cement-water ratio theory presented by I.Lyse, which is used for blend designing of general concrete, and by referring a target design standard strength. A unit amount of each blend material satisfying the standard blend is calculated based on the standard blend in each water-cement ratio used in a factory concerned, from the mixture ratio of the IWA fine aggregate and the IWA coarse aggregate in the IWA aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
