PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vegetable washing equipment for washing vegetables sliced to a predetermined size, and a vegetable washing system using the equipment.SOLUTION: Vegetable washing equipment 100 comprises: a storage bath 110 stored with a washing liquid in a housing part 111; a screw 150 arranged in the lower portion of the storage bath 110 for generating a first water flow in the washing liquid; and a plurality of cleansing liquid injection nozzles 160 disposed at the upper side of the screw 150 for injecting the washing liquid for generating a second water flow. Moreover, the cleaning liquid may be electrolytic hypochlorite water containing a carbonic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
