PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job approval support method and a job approval support system capable of reducing load in approval procedure and instruction issue while giving an instruction to individual operators.SOLUTION: In the job approval support method for approving a job by collating a piece of job application information for applying the job and transmitting a piece of job procedure information describing job procedure, a piece of job instruction information describing job instruction is transmitted to an operator together with the job procedure information. The operator is subjected to a training to extract errors on a previous job identical to the present job. The job approval support system determines whether or not the job instruction information should be transmitted based on the training result.
