PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component which efficiently radiates heat generated in a coil part and enables reduction of the manufacturing costs, and to provide a mounting structure of the coil component, a manufacturing method of the coil component, and a mold material of the coil component.SOLUTION: A coil component 2A is installed in a heat radiation member 3 and includes: a coil part 4A; and a resin part 5A which covers at least part of the coil part 4A and is placed in direct contact with the heat radiation member 3. The resin part 5A is elastically deformable. A mounting structure 1A of the coil component includes the heat radiation member 3 in which the coil component 2A is installed.
