PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film with a metal deposition layer having a high frequency property, and excellent in adhesion strength between the thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film and the metal deposition layer, and to provide a metal-clad laminate using the same.SOLUTION: In a production method of a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film with a metal deposition layer, the metal deposition layer is formed by depositing a metal at the temperature of 270°C or higher and 290°C or lower on the surface of the thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
